Most West Hill Dynamics products are made to order. Production can take up to 3 days before dispatch.
Delivery times shown at checkout apply after dispatch.
For UK mainland orders, we offer:
- Standard Delivery: typically 2 days after dispatch
- Express Delivery: aims to arrive within 1 day after dispatch
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage charges may apply before the order can be resent.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will help investigate.
